Returns
American Down & Feather will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your shipment if you are returning the product due to a problem with your order, or if you require a replacement product. Please Contact us at info@americandownandfeather@msn.com or 720-232-8198 to process your return.
Refunds and Credits
A refund (to the credit card used for the original order) in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for any shipping charges incurred.
To exchange an item, please return your item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. All returns will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Please do not request exchanges in your returned package.
